2016 Nat Sanders Education Award

Dennis Stilger has taught for his local association for almost 20 years. As a highly respected lawyer in his hometown, the local association relies on Dennis to teach some of the more complicated real estate law courses because he can explain the material in a very simple and straight-forward manner.

Dennis has shown dedication to real estate education by serving on the KREC committee that helps to update and redesign the Kentucky Core Course. He also redesigns his own classes to help fulfill the new post-licensing requirements.

It has been said, Dennis makes students feel comfortable and confident which helps translate into their business by increasing their skill level and increasing professionalism in the industry.

The Nat Sanders Award is designed to recognize the individual who has made the most significant contributions to, and exemplified leadership and service in, real estate education at either the local, state, or national level.

This award was created to honor Nat Sanders, retired Executive Vice President of the Louisville Board of REALTORS®, who is widely recognized as a leader in the theory of REALTOR® professionalism through continuing education.
