The Kentucky REALTOR® Institute (formerly Kentucky Real Estate Education Foundation) was incorporated in March 1990 to serve as the educational arm of Kentucky REALTORS®. The Foundation is dedicated to providing education, services and research for members of Kentucky REALTORS®, Kentucky real estate licensees and the public.

The Trustees of the Institute are continuously reviewing the potential to determine various meaningful projects with one important endeavor being annual scholarships.

As such, KRI makes scholarships available to members who want to obtain the GRI designation as well as provide scholarships to Kentucky residents (members and non-members) who wish to pursue a career in real estate and further their education at a post-secondary institution.
