Education: The Kentucky REALTOR® Institute (KRI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kentucky REALTORS®, is the gold-standard of real estate education in Kentucky. KRI exists to enhance real estate professionalism and knowledge by providing quality educational services and programs for the real estate industry and the public, including pre-licensing and continuing education.

Market Stats: Data is a powerful tool and can help you become an expert on the market in your area. The Kentucky REALTORS® Statewide Market Stats program includes data from each corner of the Commonwealth, including statistics that are relevant to your everyday business such as Median Sale Price, Days on Market, % over asking, and more!
Legal Hotline: Broker members of Kentucky REALTORS® are able to send inquiries to the Legal Hotline and receive answers from KYR legal counsel.
Professional Standards: REALTOR® members are bound by the Code of Ethics. Kentucky REALTORS® offers professional standards services to our members and local associations such as Grievance, Ombudsman, Mediation and more.
